Bangkok is a tropical city with warm temperatures throughout the year. Daytime temperatures typically reach around 32°C (90°F), while nighttime temperatures average around 25–30°C (77–86°F).
As the Congress takes place in September — within Bangkok’s rainy season — afternoon showers are common. Attendees are advised to pack a light rain jacket or umbrella.

Currency & Money Exchange
The official currency of Thailand is the Thai Baht (THB).

Banknotes: 20, 50, 100, 500, and 1,000 Baht
Coins: 25, 50 Satang, and 1, 2, 5, and 10 Baht
Please note that when purchasing small items, some vendors may not accept large banknotes such as 500 or 1,000 Baht. It is advisable to carry smaller banknotes for convenience. Foreign exchange counters are available at the airport, including those operated by banks.
Transportation
Bangkok offers convenient transportation through taxis and app-based services such as Grab and Line Man, along with a well-connected public transit network that includes the BTS Skytrain, MRT subway, and Airport Rail Link.
Applications
Popular food delivery applications in Thailand include GrabFood, Line Man, and Robinhood, offering convenient access to a wide variety of local and international dining options.
Mobile Cellular Networks
Major mobile network providers in Thailand include AIS, True, and dtac, all of which offer extensive coverage across Bangkok and nationwide. Prepaid SIM cards are readily available for visitors at airports and retail outlets.
